JFT Recovery and Veterans Support Services is devoted to offering our community safe, structured and compassionate services. Our programs and services include: Warm Handoff Program, Recovery and Reentry, Veterans Program, Housing Program, Education/Vocation/Job Training Program, Training Academy, food banks, clothing closets, hygiene hub and coffee shops

We are a community-based 501 C (3) nonprofit organization located in York, Pennsylvania. We raise funds and allocate to those in need, support the education, prevention and awareness of suicide with a focus on adolescents, young adults and those serving in our Military.

Every York County veteran and surviving spouse should have a conversation with an accredited service officer that has access to federal VA systems.
The Veterans Services Team has provided opportunity and hope through intensive outreach and provision of services that lead to self-sufficiency. Meeting veterans and their families “where they are” is a critical focus of all Veterans Services programs. Outreach is conducted on the streets, at shelters, safe havens, soup kitchens and other locations where homeless or at-risk veterans and their families may be located. Walk-ins and referrals are always welcome!

Volunteers of America of Pennsylvania is a ministry of service providing people in need with support, skills, and tools that lead to individual empowerment, self-sufficiency, and stability.
We are devoted to supporting, aiding and assisting active military, law enforcement and first responders, as well as veterans, spouses, and immediate family members.
Support services to help with your needs will become operational January 1st, 2023.

We believe Pennsylvania Warhorse will allow active military and 1st responders suffering from PTSD and their families to seek the help they need without the stigma of visiting a mental health facility. We are not “therapist” in the traditional sense of the term – we don’t re-hash the past trauma, we’re willing to discuss if they ask us to talk, equine-interspecies communication allows for circuits to re-connect using the connections those suffering make with the horses
Glenn Hope Care Farm, provides nutritious and flavorful food for York County and surrounding areas. Our produce, free-range eggs, poultry, pastured pork, and grass-fed beef yield consistently high-quality food for the local community. In addition to providing quality food, we also provide camaraderie for military veterans.
